Tradurre fraseologismi comparativi spagnoli e italiani: alla ricerca degli equivalenti tra il cartaceo e l’intelligenza artificiale

Comparative studies of Spanish-Italian phraseology are going through a particularly renewed interest, but there is still a lack of in-depth contrastive studies on ItalianSpanish so-called “comparative phrasemes”. The latters will be investigated in this article
by analysing their definition in detail, then moving on to the problem of research in dictionaries, corpora, automatic translation tools, translation memories and ChatGPT. Last but not least we will propose several possible translation strategies.
