Le intercettazioni ambientali dal parlato al trascritto. Riflessioni linguistiche su un particolare atto giudiziario

The work deals with some linguistic aspects that concern, above all, the written-spoken language relationship in various environmental transcripts, from the Tuscan area, drawn up by the judicial police and then merged into a final report, used
in shorter trials.
Heterogeneous issues are faced, since the complexity of the variation that emerges here is no undisputed fact. The materials in question are very frayed and their phenomenology is peculiar. For this reason, a typological classification will be attempted, and then an attempt will be made to describe how the information appears from a linguistic point of view. In the last part of the study, we will observe the use of the texts covered by this contribution during shorter trials.
